Raspberry & Cream Chia Protein Pudding

Raspberry & Cream Chia Protein Pudding

 

What You Need:
Freeze-dried raspberries
Vanilla extract
Unsweetened coconut milk
Pink Himalayan sea salt
OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds

Recipe:
½ cup dairy-free milk
½ cup chia seeds
1 ½ cups coconut milk
¼ cup powdered/crushed dried raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 scoop OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder
3 tbsp hemp seeds
2 pinches pink Himalayan sea salt

Directions:

1. Pour all ingredients into a jar and mix well.
2. Cover the jar and store in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
3. When you're ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit or granola.


    No-Bake Strawberries n Cream Protein Pie

     

    Pie Crust:
    2 ½ cups toasted coconut chips
    6 soft Medjool dates, pitted
    2 ½ tbsp coconut butter (manna), slightly warmed so that it’s softened
    2 ½ tbsp maple syrup
    1 ½ tbsp water
    4 pinches sea salt

    Pie Filling:
    2 ½ cups chilled coconut cream
    (only the solid white cream from chilled full fat coconut milk 3-4 cans)
    4 tbsp maple syrup
    1 lemon, squeezed
    ½ tsp raw ground vanilla bean
    1 scoop OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 tsp salt
    One 1.2. oz bag of Freeze Dried Strawberries crushed into powdered form
    ½ cup coconut water (leftover from the cans that the cream got removed from)
    2 tbsp agar agar flakes or 1 tsp agar agar powder.

     

    Directions:

    1. Make the crust

    Mix all of the pie crust ingredients in a food processor until it feels sticky.
    Transfer into a 5″ springform pan and press down into an even crust, lightly raising it around the edges just a bit. Place in the freezer while working on the next step.

    2. Make the filling

    Blend all filling ingredients except for the freeze-dried strawberries in a high-speed blender into a smooth consistency. Remove and set aside ½ of this mixture. Add the strawberry powder to ½ of the mixture and blend until it’s evenly mixed in.

    3. Assemble the pie

    With a large spoon, alternate the two mixtures into the springform pan over the crust, Lightly swirl the two mixtures together with a spoon or a skewer.

    Freeze the pie for 4-5 hours or overnight to set. Set out for 10-15 mins before serving, allowing it to thaw. Slice and enjoy!  



    No-Nut Granola

     

    Ingredients:
    2 cups gluten-free oats
    2 tbsp chia ceeds
    2 tbsp hemp seeds
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
    1 cup coconut flakes
    5 tbsp maple syrup
    4 tbsp coconut oil
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    5 pinches of pink Himalayan sea salt
    1 ½ tbsp pumpkin pie spice

     

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

    2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract. Mix well.

    3. In a small bowl combine coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Note* you may need to slightly warm your coconut oil to liquefy it.

    4. Mix the wet mix into the dry mix until thoroughly coated.

    5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.

    6. Bake for 15 minutes, turn the baking sheet it and then bake for 5 more minutes.



    Blue Majik Dairy-Free Yogurt

     

    Ingredients:
    1 ½ cups Anita’s, Cocojune, or Rico coconut yogurt
    1 scoop of OWYN Vanilla protein powder
    1-2 scoops of E3 live Blue Majik powder

     

    Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients together together

    2. Garnish with berries, pomegranate seeds, mint sprigs or toppings of your choice and enjoy.

     

     

    Avocado Chocolate Mousse

     

    Ingredients:
    2 ripe avocados
    ¼ cup raw Cacao Powder
    1 scoop chocolate OWYN protein powder
    ½ cup coconut milk
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    2 pinches of salt

    Optional: maple syrup or pure cane to sweeten more.

     

    Directions:

    1. Scoop out ripe avocados and mash with a fork in a bowl until creamy

    2. Add and mix all ingredients and stir until smooth

    3. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy right away or chill for one hour


    Can be stored in an airtight container up to 1 day
