ELIGIBILITY: The OWYN x Josh Hart Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on December 1, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on February 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). The time shall be determined by Sponsor’s timekeeping systems, and Sponsor may also rely on the time processing functions of third parties. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to this Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Only What You Need, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the sweepstakes. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

TO ENTER:

1. Scan the QR code at your local retailer

2. Enter requested information through the QR code later than 11:59 p.m. on February 29th, 2024.

3. Winners will be drawn and notified on March 8, 2024.

Limit: One (1) entry per person.

4. OWYN will reach out to winner(s) on March 8, 2024 via e-mail address provided.

5. Winners must respond within 72 hours of OWYN’s email or the sponsor will choose another winner at random draw.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Policy https://liveowyn.com/privacy-policy/ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (https://liveowyn.com/terms-of-service/), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received regardless of cause. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been directly submitted by the authorized account holder of the relevant account used to enter the Sweepstakes. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the account by the relevant entity responsible for assigning those accounts. By entering and/or participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as set forth in these Official Rules.

By entering, you automatically provide prior written consent to receive text message(s) and email(s) from Sponsor. Text message rates may apply.

WINNERS SELECTION: On March 8, 2024. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The selected winner(s) is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.

GRAND PRIZE: To 2 Grand Prize winners (upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules) will win the following prize package including:

• 2 Tickets to watch Josh Hart play in a professional basketball game in New York City, NY. (Approximate retail value: $1,000)

Airfare, transportation to and from game and hotel expenses are NOT included.
