VIEW / UPDATE CARD
Customers can view and update their credit card details.
Customers can update their preferred Shipping and Billing address
Update shipping method
Customers can update their preferred shipping method and available rates. OWYN offers free delivery for their subscription-based products.
Change Upcoming Order Date
Customers can update the upcoming order date that corresponds to frequency of subscription.
By selecting a new date, you will be creating your next order for that date, but there may be up to a 24 hour delay before it is processed. This will also change the shipping date for all your future orders. Ex: You currently have a monthly subscription shipping on the 1st of every month. You change the date here to the 15th for your next order. Your future orders will now be created on the 15th of every month.
Customers can choose to skip some of their upcoming orders.
Customers can view their subscription history.
Customers can change the quantity of their subscribtion-based item/s.
Customers can update the standard discount code being used for this subscription. If a discount code already exists, it will be overwritten by the new one. You will see the new discount code applied on the next order.
Customers can swap products, depending on the availability.
Add Product To Subscription
If the customer would like to add a new product to an existing subscription, visit the product page to subscribe to and click on 'Add to Existing Subscription’.
Customers can cancel the subscription anytime.
