Blue Spirulina Superfood Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Meet the Vegan Superfood Smoothie Bowl of your dreams!

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 very ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup cauliflower rice, frozen
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1- 2 Tbsp blue spirulina powder
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, optional
  • Garnish with Dragon fruit, Blueberries, and Coconut

Instructions:

  1. Chill a serving bowl in the freezer
  2. Add the plant based milk to a blender, followed by all remaining ingredients
  3. Blend on low, gradually increasing the speed
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy - scraping down the edges with a spatula when needed *note- if mixture is struggling to come together add a little extra plant based milk 1 tbs at a time
  5. Transfer mixture to your chilled bowl
  6. Top with dragon fruit, blueberries, and coconut
  7. ENJOY!
