How can I change my next order process date?

Log in to your account on www.liveowyn.com. Click on “Manage Subscriptions”. You'll then see your Active and Inactive subscriptions. Select the “Edit” button, located to the right of your active subscription. You will then see “Your Subscription” with “NEXT CHARGE DATE” located below it. Click “NEXT CHARGE DATE” and select the preferred date. Once selected, click “Update Next Shipment Date”, and you are all set.

How can I change the products in my subscription?

Log in to your account on www.liveowyn.com. You can swap the items in your subscription by clicking “Manage Subscriptions”. You'll then see your Active and Inactive subscriptions. Select the “Edit” button, located to the right of your active subscription. You will then see “Your Subscription”. Below the Delivery Schedule, is the product currently in your subscription. Click on the product, and then scroll to the bottom of the product page. You will then see “SWAP PRODUCT”. Once you select this option, all the available products will appear. Select which item(s) you would like, the quantity, delivery schedule, and variant. To complete your product swap, select “SWAP PRODUCT” at the bottom of the page and you are all set!

How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

Log in to your account on www.liveowyn.com. Click “Manage Subscriptions”, then select “EDIT” to the right of your active subscription. Select “DELIVERY SCHEDULE”. There, you will be able to select the number of days, weeks, or months you would like your order to process. To save your changes, click UPDATE, and you are all set!

How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?

Log in to your account on www.liveowyn.com. Click on the “Manage Subscriptions” option at the top of the screen, you will then see: SUBSCRIPTIONS, DELIVERY SCHEDULE, PURCHASE HISTORY, SHIPPING ADDRESS, and BILLING INFORMATION. Select “SHIPPING ADDRESS”. Once you select that button, select the shipping address currently inputted. The “Edit Shipping Address” tab will then appear. Simply add your new address, and then save it by scrolling to the bottom and clicking “Update Shipping Address”. Once saved, you are all set!

How do I update my card information for my subscription?

Log in to your account on www.liveowyn.com. Click on the “Manage Subscriptions” option. At the top of the screen, you will see: SUBSCRIPTIONS, DELIVERY SCHEDULE, PURCHASE HISTORY, SHIPPING ADDRESS, and BILLING INFORMATION. Select “BILLING INFORMATION”. Select the “Card on File option”. The “Edit Card” tab will then appear. Simply add your new payment method and then save it by clicking “Update Card”. Once saved, you are all set!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account on www.liveowyn.com. Click on the “Manage Subscriptions” option. You'll then see your Active and Inactive subscriptions. Click on your active subscription. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” option. You will then be directed to “Select a reason for cancelling your subscription”. Once you select your reasoning, click on the button labeled “Proceed”. You will then see the option to “CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION”. After that button is clicked, your subscription will be canceled. You will no longer see any other charges or shipments tied to that recurring subscription order.

If I forget to skip, pause or cancel my subscription and the order ships anyway, can I get a refund?

No, subscriptions are set to auto ship, and subscription orders cannot be refunded or exchanged after your auto ship payment is processed. You'll need to skip, pause or cancel prior to payment processing of your next auto shipment. Returns are not accepted.
