  • 1/2 cup of gluten free rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • Sprinkle sea salt
  • Optional: figs, 1/2 banana (shown) or any fresh fruit to top
