Fuel up in the morning with this quick, easy, and delicious overnight oats recipe made with our Cold Brew Coffee Protein Shake to keep you caffeinated, full and so satisfied!
Ingredients:
- 1 OWYN Cold Brew Coffee Protein Shake
- 1/2 cup of gluten free rolled oats
- 1/3 cup of hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp of date paste (mix 6 dates with 3 Tbsp of water until smooth)
Method:
- Place the rolled oats, hemp seeds and chia seeds in a mason jar or tall glass jar.
- Fill the jar with OWYN Cold Brew Coffee Protein Shake.
- Stir to combine and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Layer it with fresh fruits and date paste.
