Brownie Layer

Instructions:

  1. Blend all of the caramel date layer ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Spread the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer.
  3. Mix all of the brownie layer ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Remove the baking tray from the freezer, spread the brownie layer onto the caramel date layer, then place back into the freezer for 2 hours or until firm.

Cut, serve, and enjoy!
