OWYN Chocolate Chip Protein Waffles

Dry Ingredients

Wet ingredients:

  • 2 flax eggs
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix together well
  3. Heat a waffle maker and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray
  4. Place batter in the well-heated waffle maker and let cook for 45 seconds - 1 minute or until cooked to desired softness

Top with syrup, vegan butter, or your favorite fruit and serve.
