Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

Mousse-
  • 3 medium avocados, peeled & pitted
  • ¾ cup OWYN Dark Chocolate 20g Protein Shake
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Topping-
  • 1 - 2 fresh strawberries, hulled & chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dark chocolate shavings
  • Method:

  • In a food processor, add 3 medium avocados, OWYN Dark Chocolate 20g Protein Shake, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, instant espresso powder, and salt.
  • Blend at medium speed until smooth without any lumps.
  • Scoop the dark chocolate avocado mousse equally into two glass cups.
  • Garnish each cup with chopped strawberries and a sprinkle of dark chocolate shavings.
  • Serve immediately with a spoon & enjoy.
  • Notes:

  • Use 2 large avocados in place of 3 medium avocados.
  • If not served immediately, cover & refrigerate, and consume within the same day.
