Birthday Cake Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 OWYN 20g Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 tsp vegan vanilla pudding mix
  • …“ cup vegan birthday cake cookie dough
  • Vegan sprinkles
  • Method:

  • Mix the OWYN 20g Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake and pudding mix together until well combined.
  • Place in the freezer for 20-24 hours to freeze.
  • The next day, take the pint container and attach to the Ninja Creami machine to blend on the lite ice cream setting. Run it through this cycle 1-2 more times until it's the preferred ice cream consistency. Just add 1-2 Tbsp of OWYN 20g Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake to break up the crumbly texture.
  • Add in cookie dough and sprinkles and mix together on the mix-in setting.
  • Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
