Chocolate Banana Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium ripe bananas (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup OWYN Dark Chocolate Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • Method:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a muffin tray with a muffin liner sand set aside. 2. Add peeled bananas and mash together in a large bowl with a fork. Mix together the remaining ingredients. 3. Scoop the muffin batter into the muffins tins. Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 4. Once the banana bread muffins are baked, let them cool for 5 minutes in the muffin pan and transfer them to the wired rack.
