Chocolate Banana Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • OWYN Dark Chocolate 20g Protein Shake
  • 1 large banana, divided
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of choice), divided
  • 6 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Method:

  • In in blender, combine OWYN Dark Chocolate 20g Protein Shake with ½ banana and 1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter on high until banana is completely broken down.
  • In a medium bowl, combine oats and chia seeds. Pour blended shake over the rolled oats and chia seeds, and stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Stir overnight oats until very well mixed. Divide into two bowls, about 1 cup in each. Top each bowl with ¼ banana (sliced) a drizzle of ½ Tbsp sunflower butter, and a pinch chia seeds. *One bowl is a single serving*.
