Cookies and Creamless Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 OWYN 20g Cookies and Creamless Protein Shake
  • 1 tsp vegan chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 vegan sandwich cookies
  • Method:

  • Mix the OWYN 20g Cookies and Creamless Protein Shake and pudding mix until well combined.
  • Place in the freezer for 20-24 hours to freeze.
  • The next day, take the pint container and attach to the Ninja Creami machine to blend on the lite ice cream setting. Run it through this cycle 1-2 more times until it's the preferred ice cream consistency. Just add 1-2 Tbsp of OWYN 20g Cookies and Creamless Protein Shake to break up the crumbly texture.
  • Add in sandwich cookies and press mix-in. After it's finished, top with additional crushed sandwich cookies and enjoy!
