Greens Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach, tightly packed
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds, plus more for garnish
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 - 2 OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Shakes
  • Method:

    1. Add all ingredients into a large blender and blend together on high.

    2. Divide the blended Greens Smoothie between two glasses and top with a sprinkle of hemp seeds.

    3. Enjoy!
