Melon Basil Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cubed fresh cantaloupe
  • 1 OWYN Vanilla High Protein Complete Nutrition shake
  • 6 leaves fresh basil
  • Method:

    On a parchment paper covered sheet pan, distribute cubed cantaloupe with space between each piece. Place in the freezer until frozen solid, about 4 hours.

    In a blender, process all ingredients on high until fully broken down and incorporated.
