Mocha Brownie Protein Bars
Ingredients:
Method:
1. Line a 9x5" loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, OWYN Dark Chocolate Plant Protein Powder, cacao powder, vanilla extract and OWYN 20g Cold Brew Coffee Protein Shake.
3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, and evenly press it down with a spatula. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm, before slicing into bars.
4. Enjoy!
