Overnight Cold Brew Protein Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 OWYN Cold Brew Coffee Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup of gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup of hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp of date paste (mix 6 dates with 3 Tbsp of water until smooth)
  • Method:

  • Place the rolled oats, hemp seeds and chia seeds in a mason jar or tall glass jar.
  • Fill the jar with OWYN Cold Brew Coffee Protein Shake.
  • Stir to combine and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Layer it with fresh fruits and date paste.
  • Enjoy!
