ELIGIBILITY: The OWYN x Josh Hart x Wegmans Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on March 9, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on March 11th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Giveaway Period”). The time shall be determined by Sponsor’s timekeeping systems, and Sponsor may also rely on the time processing functions of third parties. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to this Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to legal US residents who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Only What You Need, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the sweepstakes. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Josh Hart.

TO ENTER:

1. Post an Instagram Story tagging @Wegmans and @liveOWYN at the Josh Hart Meet & Greet

2. Winners will be drawn at random and notified on March 12, 2024.

3. Instagram account must be public to be eligible to win the giveaway

5. Winners must respond within 48 hours of OWYN’s DM or the sponsor will choose another winner at random draw.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received regardless of cause. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been directly submitted by the authorized account holder of the relevant account used to enter the Sweepstakes. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the account by the relevant entity responsible for assigning those accounts. By entering and/or participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as set forth in these Official Rules.

By entering, you automatically provide prior written consent to receive text message(s) and email(s) from Sponsor. Text message rates may apply.

WINNERS SELECTION: On March 12, 2024. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The selected winner(s) is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.
