Can my promotional codes be combined with other promotional codes or loyalty points?

• No, codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes or loyalty points.

Can my loyalty points be utilized/combined with other offers?

• No, loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.

How do I know if my order is eligible for the promotion?

• Unless otherwise stated, promotions are good for one-time orders and are not eligible for subscription orders.

How many times can I utilize my promotional code?

• Discount codes are created to be used one- time only and are only eligible for one-time use. Discount & promotional codes are not able to be utilized multiple times.

Are promotions/discounts automatically applied to my order?

• Unless otherwise stated, you must enter the promotional code provided. Click 'Add a discount code' in your cart and input desired discount code.

Why is my promotional/discount code not working?

• If your promotional/discount code seems to not work when entered it may be due to the following reasons:

  • Code has expired

  • Order is not eligible for discount or did not meet promotional requirements (ex. $10 off orders over $50 applied to a $30 order)

  • Applied to a subscription order

  • Combined with another promotion or loyalty points

  • An additional space or misspelling was entered
