Dark Chocolate Protein Hearts

Dark Chocolate Protein Hearts

Fall in love with these heart shaped, Dark Chocolate Protein Hearts! Rich dark chocolate, packed with sunbutter and OWYN Protein Powder.

Ingredients:

Filling-
Chocolate Coating-
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Method:

  1. Mix together the filling ingredients in a bowl. Once combined, scoop roughly 1 Tbsp of the mixture into the heart shaped molds.
  2. Place the heart shaped molds into the freezer to set for roughly 30 minutes.
  3. Once heart shaped molds have set, start to make the chocolate coating. Place the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave the ingredients until melted. Microwave in 10 second increments to avoid burning the chocolate.
  4. Dip the hearts into the melted chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt for garnish. Once done, place chocolate hearts in fridge to set.
  5. Enjoy!
