Ingredients:
- 1 OWYN 20g Chocolate Protein Shake
- 1 tsp vegan chocolate pudding mix
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chunks
Method:
- Mix the OWYN 20g Dark Chocolate Protein Shake, pudding mix and cacao powder together until well combined.
- Place in the freezer for 20-24 hours to freeze.
- The next day, take the pint container and attach to the Ninja Creami machine to blend on the lite ice cream setting. Run it through this cycle 1-2 more times until it's the preferred ice cream consistency. Just add 1-2 Tbsp of OWYN 20g Dark Chocolate Protein Shake to break up the crumbly texture.
- Add in chopped chocolate and blend on the mix-in setting.
- Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
