- In a blender, combine the milk, OWYN protein powder, halved strawberries, and banana. Blend until completely smooth.
- Stir in the 5 chopped strawberries and pour into a popsicle mold. Freeze overnight.
OWYN Powered Strawberry Chia Seed Parfaits
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 3 cups (2 bottles) of OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- Gluten-free granola
Directions
- In a large bowl, macerate strawberries with a fork or potato masher.
- Add in the OWYN shake and chia seeds and stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight.
- Spoon some chia seed pudding into a glass and layer with fresh berries, granola, and cacao nibs. Repeat until the glass is full and garnish with berries.
OWYN Powered Chocolate Crispy Rice Bars
Ingredients
- 4 cups rice cereal
- 1/2 cup OWYN Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 cup sunflower butter
- 3/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 1 tbsp + 1tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Grease an 8x8 baking dish with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the rice cereal and protein powder, set aside.
- Heat a small pot on medium. Heat sunflower butter, brown rice syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Pour over the rice cereal and stir well, until coated.
- Press into the 8x8 pan.
- In the same small pot, slowly heat the chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil until completely melted.
- Pour the chocolate over the top of the crispy treats.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate sets or overnight.
