Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

Strawberry Base-
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 OWYN Strawberry Banana Protein Shake
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • Blueberry Base-
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake or OWYN Vanilla Complete Nutrition Shake
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • Toppings:
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Method:

    1. Make the strawberry base by blending fresh strawberries and an OWYN Strawberry Banana Protein Shake together until well blended. Pour mixture into a bowl with chia seeds. Mix until well combined.

    3. Make the blueberry base by blending fresh blueberries, blue spirulina and OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake or OWYN Vanilla Complete Nutrition Shake together until well blended. Pour mixture into a bowl with chia seeds. Mix until well combined.

    4. Chill both chia seed mixtures in the refrigerator to set for at least an hour, or up to overnight.

    5. Once pudding has set, transfer to individual sized serving containers by layering the two.

    6. Top with yogurt and extra fresh berries. Enjoy!
