Fudge Brownie Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops OWN Chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
  • Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the oat flour, OWYN Dark Chocolate Protein Powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in the dairy-free dark chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough into rounded balls (about 2 Tbsp each) and place on prepared baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops appear cracked and set.
  • Let the cookies cool completely. Sprinkle with a bit of flakey sea salt if desired.
