OWYN Powered Strawberries and Cream Protein Popsicles
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oat milk 2 scoops of OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder
8 strawberries, halved + 5 strawberries, chopped 1 ripe banana Directions
In a blender, combine the milk, OWYN protein powder, halved strawberries, and banana. Blend until completely smooth. Stir in the 5 chopped strawberries and pour into a popsicle mold. Freeze overnight. OWYN Powered Strawberry Chia Seed Parfaits

1/2 cup chia seeds Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) Gluten-free granola Directions
In a large bowl, macerate strawberries with a fork or potato masher. Add in the OWYN shake and chia seeds and stir well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight. Spoon some chia seed pudding into a glass and layer with fresh berries, granola, and cacao nibs. Repeat until the glass is full and garnish with berries. OWYN Powered Chocolate Crispy Rice Bars
Ingredients
4 cups rice cereal 1/2 cup OWYN Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup sunflower butter 3/4 cup brown rice syrup 1 tbsp + 1tsp coconut oil 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Directions
Grease an 8x8 baking dish with coconut oil. In a large bowl, combine the rice cereal and protein powder, set aside. Heat a small pot on medium. Heat sunflower butter, brown rice syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil until smooth. Pour over the rice cereal and stir well, until coated. Press into the 8x8 pan. In the same small pot, slowly heat the chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil until completely melted. Pour the chocolate over the top of the crispy treats.
