OWYN Powered Strawberries and Cream Protein Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oat milk
  • 2 scoops of OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 8 strawberries, halved + 5 strawberries, chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Directions

  • In a blender, combine the milk, OWYN protein powder, halved strawberries, and banana. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Stir in the 5 chopped strawberries and pour into a popsicle mold. Freeze overnight.
  • OWYN Powered Strawberry Chia Seed Parfaits

    Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 3 cups (2 bottles) of OWYN Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • Gluten-free granola
  • Directions

  • In a large bowl, macerate strawberries with a fork or potato masher.
  • Add in the OWYN shake and chia seeds and stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Spoon some chia seed pudding into a glass and layer with fresh berries, granola, and cacao nibs. Repeat until the glass is full and garnish with berries.
  • OWYN Powered Chocolate Crispy Rice Bars

    Ingredients

  • 4 cups rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup OWYN Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 cup sunflower butter
  • 3/4 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp + 1tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Directions

  • Grease an 8x8 baking dish with coconut oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine the rice cereal and protein powder, set aside.
  • Heat a small pot on medium. Heat sunflower butter, brown rice syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil until smooth.
  • Pour over the rice cereal and stir well, until coated.
  • Press into the 8x8 pan.
  • In the same small pot, slowly heat the chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil until completely melted.
  • Pour the chocolate over the top of the crispy treats.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate sets or overnight.
