Chocolate Banana Protein Overnight Oats

These overnight oats are a great option for a healthy breakfast on a busy morning. Packed with protein and fiber, this meal or snack will help keep you satisfied and nourished throughout your day.

Method:

  1. In in blender, combine OWYN Dark Chocolate 20g Protein Shake with ½ banana and 1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter on high until banana is completely broken down.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats and chia seeds. Pour blended shake over the rolled oats and chia seeds, and stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. Stir overnight oats until very well mixed. Divide into two bowls, about 1 cup in each. Top each bowl with ¼ banana (sliced) a drizzle of ½ Tbsp sunflower butter, and a pinch chia seeds. *One bowl is a single serving*.
